To better understand each of the Tarot cards, you can use various practices for exploring and living through the Tarot arcana. One such practice, which helps build a closer connection with the Tarot arcana, is Tarot meditation, which you can also find on the tar.host YouTube channel. Tarot meditations can help you literally merge with the energy of each arcanum and feel it within yourself.

The practices of exploring the Tarot arcana offer an indescribable experience in studying the energies of the arcana. In meditation and, for example, in Tarot card colouring or drawing practices, you can also observe and study your own response to each of the arcana's energies. On our website you can also find a wonderful tool — the meditative Tarot colouring book, which contains black-and-white illustrations of all 22 Major Arcana. This book is designed specifically for the colouring practice.

During meditation and colouring practices everyone experiences something of their own, because each person experiences their own individual and unrepeatable reflection of the arcanum. Some of us see the arcanum and the symbolism it contains in a new light, on another level or from another angle. For someone else, such practices bring a breakthrough and the chance to move to a new level. Bear in mind that during such practices certain blocks may also be released, and old wounds and traumas may be reopened under the influence of a particular arcanum.
