Tarot is a wonderful tool for working through all kinds of problems, and it is our trusted helper and adviser in practically any question life brings up. But the possibilities and potential of Tarot cards do not end there…
The mystics of old used Tarot not only to predict the future and analyse the present, but also to change reality itself. These secret techniques were kept hidden for centuries, yet today they are available to everyone. One such method is Tarot meditation.
Every Tarot arcanum is a doorway into a completely different world, filled with the energy of that arcanum. Meditations with Tarot cards will help you look at your life from an entirely new vantage point and step beyond the familiar frames that confine us in everyday life.
What can you gain from Tarot meditation?
Tarot meditations can be used for a variety of purposes. Before you begin a Tarot meditation, define a goal for yourself.
Your goals can vary — for example:
- Gain a deeper and broader understanding of a specific Tarot arcanum. During or after the meditation, take notes on the arcanum — this can help you develop your own interpretations of the cards.
- Develop your intuition and psychic abilities.
- Find a solution to a problem: get a promotion, grow your business, resolve financial difficulties, find your soulmate, or improve your relationship with your husband or wife.
- Change your life by discovering your true calling.
- Release stress.
- Draw strength and qualities into yourself from a specific Tarot arcanum.
Where can you practise Tarot meditation?
You can practise Tarot meditations on your own. But if you would like some outside support, you can use one of the guided meditations available on tar.host.
The guided meditations from Tarokartis.lv were prepared by a professional tarot reader with more than 10 years of experience working with the Tarot card system. For each meditation, Tarokartis.lv has selected special music and video, energetically charged to help you relax as fully as possible during the meditation and reach your chosen goals.

How to meditate?
- Make sure no one will disturb you, and switch off your mobile phone.
- Create a pleasant atmosphere (for example, light candles, burn incense, make sure you are warm and comfortable and nothing distracts you) — this will help you settle into the meditation.
- If you are meditating with the tar.host online meditations, simply follow the guidance you hear in the video.
- If you are meditating on your own, without an online guided meditation, take a Tarot card in your hands and place it in front of you. Gaze at it with a soft, focused look, as if through the image, without concentrating on the details. Keep doing this for a while, and gradually the image will "come alive" — it will take on depth.
- Then close your eyes and continue to "see" the image of the card.
- Interact with it: you can identify with a detail of the image or communicate with the arcanum itself, ask something of it, or simply remain in the meditation and "feel" the energy of the arcanum.
- If you are meditating without guidance, do not forget to return to reality at the end. With a Tarokartis.lv guided meditation you do not need to worry about this — in the online meditation you will hear when you are called to return.
- You can do the meditation in the morning, for example, if you want to spend the whole day in the energy of a particular arcanum.
